What we collect

When you use the Get Help form, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, which audience describes you, and your message. If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it — we don't require accounts, and we don't collect information about children.

How we use it

We use your contact information for exactly one purpose: to respond to you. Form submissions are delivered to our team's inbox so a real person can call you back. Newsletter emails go out only to people who signed up, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never use it for advertising.

Who else touches it

A few trusted services help us operate: our website is hosted on Vercel, form submissions are delivered by Resend (an email service), and — when our bookstore and giving tools launch — purchases are processed by Shopify and donations by Stripe. Payment details go directly to those processors; this website never sees or stores card numbers. Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics (to understand which resources help families most), it will count visits — not identify visitors.

Your choices

Want your information corrected or deleted? Email us at theurbancoders@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, when the bookstore or donation processing launches — we'll update this page and the date below.
